Latest Lockdown
Following the latest lockdown announcement, sadly I am not now able to confirm any dates for the New Year. Please make contact so that I can take your details and I will get back to you on a first come first served basis to arrange a convenient date when we can be confident we can go ahead. Thank you to everyone for your support this year. It still remains a thrill for me to be able to bring so much joy and to see such lovely smiles during this difficult year. I would like to wish all my customers, old and new, a very Merry Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year. Alison

Changes to how I operate
So that I comply with social distancing and hygiene, some aspects of how I operate have changed. The key areas are listed below. I am sure you will understand why I have implemented such strict rules as the safety of my customers and my family is paramount. Please do make sure you read everything so that you are prepared for the routine when you visit. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

PPE and Hygiene
I will be wearing a visor, disposable gloves, and a disposable plastic cape (the gloves and cape are disposed of after each appointment).

The working and seating area will be fully sanitised between appointments.

Your Arrival
Please arrive for your appointment at your booked time only, no earlier or later. This is for cleaning purposes.

Late arrivals will have to reschedule their appointment for another date because of the knock-on effect it causes.

Child and 1 adult only.

Adult must wear a mask.

Please come to the back door on arrival and use the hand sanitiser provided on entry.

Please Note:
If you, your child or anyone that you live with have ANY symptoms, have tested positive or have been tested for coronavirus within the last 7 days, you must please phone and rearrange your appointment.
